The Worst Recruitment Process Ever:
Recruitment process that lasted 4 months, during which time I did 5 interviews!!!. There was a huge delay between the different interviews and no communication between the different interviewers, so I had to repeat the same speech 5 times in FR and UK. As the recruitment time was so long, one of the interviewers left tne company and I had to do again another interview with his replacement...
After having done 5 interviews the time passed and after several reminders from me they disappeared, any feedback, nothing....
One of the missions of this position was to work on the company's employer brand... that's quite funny because the candidate experience is just non-existent
I have never been made to feel so bad in a recruitment process. I understand that when you do an interview sometimes the feedback is not too necessary but after 5 interviews .... it's just pathetic

Amazingly rapid process that allowed me to have a screening session with Talent acquisition, then with the hiring manager and then with another person, great communication all along the way. Very positive experience

Three interviews with increasingly senior employees. I thought the interviews went well, The third interviewer literally said at the end of the call that she thought I'd be a good addition to their team. Then silence. They ghosted me. I followed up with the initial HR contact and received no response. Extremely unprofessional and horribly frustrating. I sat next to my phone for weeks hoping for a call when they had already decided not to hire me and just didn't bother to tell me.

5 entretiens 4 mois d'attente
Pas de communication entre les différents interlocuteurs, donc 5 entretiens à raconter la même histoire à chaque fois, 0 process, 0 feedback, expérience candidat néfaste. Après 5 entretiens et 4 mois je n’ai même pas eu un retour!!! En plus, les mission du poste c'étaient, entre autres, travailler leur employer branding...travailler la marque employeur alors qu' ils ne tient pas du tout en compte l'expérience candidat lors d'un processus de recrutement…
