The Worst Recruitment Process Ever: Recruitment process that lasted 4 months, during which time I did 5 interviews!!!. There was a huge delay between the different interviews and no communication between the different interviewers, so I had to repeat the same speech 5 times in FR and UK. As the recruitment time was so long, one of the interviewers left tne company and I had to do again another interview with his replacement... After having done 5 interviews the time passed and after several reminders from me they disappeared, any feedback, nothing.... One of the missions of this position was to work on the company's employer brand... that's quite funny because the candidate experience is just non-existent I have never been made to feel so bad in a recruitment process. I understand that when you do an interview sometimes the feedback is not too necessary but after 5 interviews .... it's just pathetic
