The screening interview was quick, without any silly questions, and with a real human HR manager. I received feedback immediately. I wish it were always like this. I'll try again for another position.

Connected with the manager over Teams and had a very casual conversation, nothing too hard hitting. Never received a follow-up until weeks later with an auto denial. I thought it was very unprofessional.
