I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Avataris (Graz) in Oct 2020
Interview
Interview was with 2 people (Thomas Steger and Michael Schöggl - CEO). Thomas was very serious and asked questions about my education, background, and previous work experience. Michael was more focused on technical questions about Unity, 3D programs, my capabilities, and areas where I could contribute to the project. The interview took place on a Zoom meeting and lasted around 15-20 minutes. They informed me about their goals and the direction of the company. I shared details about my experience and expertise. It was a short and meaningful conversation. They left a professional impression. The conversation went well, and they inquired about when I could start working. We remained in contact afterward, and I began the onboarding process with the company. That's how I started working at Avataris.
