Must do a recruiter interview, then assessment test and dosage calculation test to check knowledge, then have another phone interview. It’s a process. I am waiting to see if I’ll then have an in person interview.

Interview was very laid back but also challenging in that they ask a lot of situational questions and want to gauge your understanding of nursing responsibilities. This is mainly so they will know what you need to work on during orientation.

They asked a lot of situation-based questions such as providing different scenarios and wanting to know how you would respond as a nurse.

easy interview process. initially interviewed at a medical daycare center, and they were not able to offer me a high enough pay, as i was coming from 2+ years in emergency department, and they were very open about it. accepted 2nd interview at york office for private duty/home health in peds and was hired within 1 week.
