Aventas (Canada) interview questions

Lots of getting to know you questions. Very basic type of things. Took about 3 days with 3 interviews with 3 different people each time. People were nice and welcoming.

There was two interviews, plus an initial call to see if you would fit in with the company. The first interview was more of an info session where the supervisor would let you know more about what you would do in the role, The second interview was to learn more about you and your experience. During my second interview, the lady interviewing seemed like she did not care about the interview as she was looking away, not sounding enthusiastic about working, and overall like she just wanted to get the interview done and over with.
