Avenue interview questions

I filled out my application in person and was called in for an in person interview which was in front of everyone in the store which I thought was super unprofessional.

Interviewed with three different people, the operations manager, and two account leads. They seemed like fun, smart people and made me feel comfortable. The interview went fine but they asked a lot of questions about my experience doing things like scheduling and budgeting, even though I was open about never working at an agency before. It is hard to get experience doing this stuff right from school!
