Interview
I was contacted for a video interview by email and they requested me to use a link to enter in a conference type-software 5 minutes before the schedule time. I was unable to connect through their link and I asked to arrange a new interview this time on telephone. Even thought the interviewer was very pleased to talk to, she didn't answer to my questions about some general details of the program, she was very vague about it. She only specified that the program was intended for only one person in that specific field and that it would be started in October 2019 (and I have to notify her if I get another job before this time). In general a very nice talk but it left me doubts about the company policy.

Interview
It was a good interview, typical HR questions though, the interviewer was kind. The questions were mostly personal, they were not very technical and the whole process took around thirty minutes.
