Confusion and apathy are the most appropriate words for this place. Had multiple reschedules for a phone screen. For every reschedule, the recruiter asked for my contact information. When I was called for an onsite interview, eventually after 2 months of going back and forth, it was rescheduled yet again and the people interviewing me kept on changing. I had read reviews earlier of reductions in their workforce and saw it first hand when I arrived on location. Nobody was available at the main door. You had to call the first interviewer to come collect you. The office was dull and drab at best in a dilapidated old building over 100 years old. One of the interviewer actually complained about the work load they have. The people working there gave a sense of disinterest and gloominess. I would have rejected the offer in any case, just based on my observations of the location and the people around. They neither got back with an offer nor an explanation of what did not work.

Other Project Manager interview reviews for Avery Dennison
The interview process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I was particularly impressed by the amazing use of AI throughout the stages, which made the experience feel modern, fair, and very well-organized.
Series of interviews, starting with Talent - Human Resources. Followed by hiring manager, then a cross-functional partner interview, and then senior HR staff. Time frame took approximately 2 1/2-3 weeks. Interviews were conducted over the phone or virtual.
After the initial screening over the phone, the next phase was sitting down in person with multiple IPT members. Prior to starting the interview process I was given a tour of the common areas. The in person interview took a few hours.
