A recruiter from Avery Dennison contacted me on Linkedin about the opportunity I was excited. The recruiter sent a link via email for me to complete the online application and attach my resume. Then we set up a series of phone interviews with different managers in different departments including the department manager. I got through the phone interviews to the in-person interview. I met with different colleagues in the department ...one particular manager was off-putting and asked the most strange and vague question about diversity. I didn't get the job but I'm glad I didn't.
