Interview
The interview went very well, in several phases.
It was during Covid-19 pandemic situation, so the first two steps were via google video calls, the third step was - plant tour, where HR rep. and the Plant Manager showed me around and were very professional and open during the interview. It actually went friendly and in very nice atmosphere. The last step was a conference call with EU EHS Director, which also went very well. I think hiring process is on a good level in Avery.

Question 1
There were a lot of questions about EHS experience and also some about general HR related:
for ex: 1. Do you know PSM system and what experience do you have in it? (Process Safety Management)
2. How do you manage external compliance on site?
3. Have you worked before with REACH requirements?
4.How do you see yourself in 5 years time?
etc.

Anfrage von Headhunter für EHS-Manager, 1. Einladung , 2. Einladung. Am Ende des 2. Gespräches sagte man, dass man eigentlich einen englischsprachigen EHS-Manager hat und einen EHS-Ingenieur sucht. Man hatte aber keine Vorstellung wie die Arbeit organisiert werden sollte (Hüftschuss)
