Aviato Consulting interview questions

Aviato Consulting is not a good company. Please take note of this. There were three rounds in the interview process: Coderbyte assessment Technical interview Final round focusing on consistency and technical depth I cleared all the rounds. However, during the HR discussion, I asked for a salary based on market standards. They were not willing to offer even a 30–40% hike. I requested a 55–60% hike. They said they would get back to me, but later rejected my application. I feel they wasted my time, and they are not willing to offer competitive salaries.

I have applied in January at that time process was following: 1. Coding round on coder Byte platform. 2. One technical round virtual 3. HR round They are very bad at replying to candidates. I have tried mails but not get any response about my application(Very frustrating).
