I applied through college TPO. There were three rounds. One group discussion and two HR personal interviews. The group discussion was taken as a debate. 4 people 'for' and 4 people 'against'. After this there was a elimination. Those selected had to give personal interview. There was a elimination after this too. The third round was also a personal interview.
