The first part is a three-part test: Reasoning, Technical Skills and English Skills.
Reasoning test consists on pattern identification, sequences, etc.
On the technical test you might need to solve RLC circuits, coding problems or explain general computer architecture aspects.
The english test is just text translation.

Tech skills exam about electronics, software and logics, a few HR interviews realted to experience and projects involved on the past and a final interview with a senior manager. Also a language test online and by call.

Tell me about previous experiences that could relate for the position
First a test needs to be done, both with technical questions and for English proficiency. After that there is a meeting with management and HR. That is basically the recruiting process.
