-submitted an app online through corporate website - received a call approx 7 business days later to see if I was still interested - process was explained to me and timings - immediately after call was sent emails detailing instructions on what to bring to the interview and what would happen - an aptitude test was presented for 45 mins timed (included spelling, definitions and math) - whilst test was being marked, each recruit sat with someone out on the floor and learned a bit more about what the job entailed - only then, if you passed the test, were you given a face-to-face interview that asked skill related questions - once you are offered a position (timeframe matched what was explained), you need to go through some formal background checks etc
