I applied online. I interviewed at Aviva in Mar 2026
Interview
The assessment centre consisted of a group exercise, individual interview and an individual exercise. The assessors were all very friendly and encouraging. It took a few hours and it was also virtual.

Application
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aviva (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I applied through my university's portal and was contacted, then interview with the higher ups. This company seems to have a track record of not even sending feedback/rejection emails. It was possible they only interviewed to fill a quota as it was a role I have never heard or seen another student work for in this company. In all, felt like I wasted my time preparing.

Just questions from my resume, why I want to work in this role and why I choose specific courses
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aviva (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
Not very time consuming. Questions were of good quality and I feel like it allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. One of the more enjoyable experiences in comparison to other companies that I have interviewed for in the past in my opinion.
