Interview
Initial screening phases were simple i.e. CV screening and your general online tests to evaluate your fit with the company. It was a very quick turnaround and I got to the interview in only a matter of days. The video interview was strength-based and not competency and quite different to anything I had experienced so far. There were 10 questions and the questions themselves were not difficult, but it is a shame that they cannot provide feedback at this stage.

Interview
25 Min vid interview. Give you 2 min 30 for each question. Skill based question rather than competency. Quite different compared to other grad schemes. Gives opportunity for practise before.

Interview
Went through a test and then digital interview. Passed the digital interview stage in February and told that the AC will be in May if I am selected (even specified the exact date), only to have the date delayed by a week. Was also asked to provide more information (CV to their specifications, photo and contact details) when it wasn't certain if candidates would proceed on to the next round as well. All in all, a very long and drawn-out recruitment process that was unnecessary in my opinion- a pity as I was looking forward to having an opportunity to join the company.
