Applied online via a Linkedin application for aviva investors. Recruiter didn't acknowledge application, emails for follow ups were ignored. this is an absolutely dreadful company, and I would not recommend applying. Seems like a very rude way to go about business.

Organised - I was told the type of interview that would be conducted and how to prepare. The interview was a mix of set questions and general questions from the interviewers which was a good mix.
