      Supply Chain Analyst Interview

      12 Nov 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Eastleigh, England
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aviva (Eastleigh, England) in Nov 2019

      Interview

Applied online through a job website (can't remember which one). An Aviva recruiter phoned in and asked a couple of questions to check if I qualify for the job before sending my application through. Got an interview invite 1-2 days after. It consisted of several parts: 1. Competency based questions - mainly based on my CV. 2. More role related questions. 3. Presentation that I prepared beforehand. 4. 30 mins analytical exercise on Excel - given a dataset similar to what they see and asked to do some analysis. Between 3 and 4 is when they chatted about what they did in the role and offered chance to ask questions. Overall quite relaxed and positive interview.
