The group project was to select a person to get the Nobel prize and argue for the case
Pretty standard graduate hiring process. I have no issues with this. The issues come with the lack of professionalism from the company. I did not hear anything about my application for three months. After two months, I sent an email requesting an update on my application and received no reply. I understand that there are many applicants for grad roles and it takes time to consider all applicants but to not even send a simple email updating me on my application is completely unprofessional.

Interview
Had to fill in an online application form that asked general motivational questions. Then online tests, numerical and verbal, followed by phone interview and strengths interview. Phone interview was just general motivational questions that were also asked again in the second round interview.
