I had an interview with this company a month ago. The first stage was a call with an HR representative, which immediately raised concerns. They seemed unsure about the exact role they were hiring for and what level of expertise they required. Right away, I was offered the minimum wage for Poland, with a vague promise that the salary might increase if I met their expectations.
The next step was supposed to be two technical interviews. The second stage was a technical interview scheduled to last 1.5 hours. The invitation mentioned two interviewers, but when I joined the call, there were three people from the start, and a fourth joined 10 minutes later, seemingly not even having the energy to introduce himself.
For the first 20 minutes, they asked basic cybersecurity questions, and then moved on to situational questions. However, the questions had little to do with my relevant experience, and the attitude of the interviewers was negative from the very beginning. They acted unprofessionally, and out of all the interviews I’ve ever had, this was the most unprofessional one. It felt like they weren't genuinely interested in hiring anyone.
Before the interview even ended, I was told that I probably shouldn't be looking for roles in this field — despite not receiving any concrete feedback about my knowledge or performance.
Unfortunately, this company did not meet my expectations. They offered very low pay for the market and expected to find a "universal" specialist who could do everything.
