Avodah interview questions

1) 1:1 with hiring director, 2) 3:1 with technical project manager, product owner, and lead architect. The hiring manager updated me a week after the second interview that they were still interviewing candidates and would let me know next steps by early the following week. No contact for 10 days. I emailed a follow-up message. That was two weeks ago and no reply. I assume I was not chosen and ghosted again.

The interview process overall when I interviewed a few years ago was relatively quick and thorough. When they find a candidate that can fulfill the role as well as fits in the culture, they move fast. They are generally fair with the offer and come in stronger than most companies out there.
