Avron interview questions

Applied for the position and salary expectations were asked. I chose to leave it blank. Within the first 5 minutes of the interview, the interviewer kept circling back and pressuring me to provide my salary expectations. Finally, it was apparent that he didn't want to know about my experience or skills, he wanted a $$ amount so that he could cut me out of the inverview process as over qualified. The interview lasted 10 minutes.

First step was by phone with HR Manager - asked about 7-8 good interview questions. After a day or so, in-person interviews were set for the following week with 4 people at the company.
