Pretty generic interview process with some motivation based questions and a case to judge technical knowledge. The case was a design case. Good SolidWorks skills were needed. At the time there was no separate technical interview.

The process started with
- a telephone call from the hiring manager. She had that amazing energy throughout the call
- then followed by an interview with business developer together with the hiring manager
- Then a final round of interview with the CEO and CCO
