Interview
Was a wonderful process. One phone interview with the Sales Manager, and he liked me, then I met with the CFO. We met for lunch, and discussed many things, and then he offered me the position, and I started the next week. It literally was a wonderful process. Of course I'm sure it's not that way any longer.

Question 1
I honestly do not remember interview questions. I believe he wanted to meet me, as the Sales Manager had already determined he liked me. This was just the last phase.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, then heard nothing for a month, out of no where I get a follow up call. First interview was with a director, which went well followed by 2 group interviews, along with me being introduced to various team members that I did not even speak with.
