I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Axian (Beaverton, OR) in Apr 2016
Interview
Applied through a recruiter. There was a phone interview with the recruiter, an interview with a developer at Axian and then a multi-part in person interview at Axian.
Their questions were pragmatic; for both the technical and culture fit portions. An excellent experience overall.

Question 1
How do different components communicate to one another?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Axian (Beaverton, OR) in Sept 2015
Interview
4 interviews in total:
First was a phone screen with one of the Solution Architects where he asks about level of experience around different areas (Databases, ORM, Programming Langugage, JS, HTMl, CSS, Testing, REST)
Second was a in person interview with two other Solutions Architects. Pretty casual, same kind of questions as first screen but more specific like "How would you debug a problem in entity framework?"
Third Interview was with the COO and the CRO. This was more of a fit interview. As a consulting business you are their product, so I think they want to gauge how well you'd do with "people" since engineers aren't always "people-people".
Fourth Interview was with the CEO. Also very casual and also I think a fit interview. Very easy going and non-threatening. Surprising lack of ego with all the C-level partners

Question 1
The only actual interview question I remember was "How would you debug a problem in Entity Framework"
