Interview
I thoroughly enjoyed Axios' smooth, low-stress, and engaging interview process. The talent acquisition team responded to my emails and questions in timely manner and I felt like they truly valued my time and experience rather than treating me like a number. I know from experience that hiring multiple candidates can be a complex process, but with Axios if they foresaw a delay (someone was on vacation, etc.), they told me so that I wasn't anxiously reading between the lines of their emails and refreshing my inbox repeatedly. While I decided to go with another company's offer due to timing, I enjoyed interviewing with Axios and walked away from each encounter feeling engaged and excited.

Interview
The interview process was fairly rigorous: four rounds, including a preliminary phone call, an edit test, another phone interview, and an in-person, two-hour interview with four senior staff members (followed by a reference check).
