Interview
Whole interview process took more than 4+ months. First round was aptitude -English, logical, computer. First round was conducted in march 2016, and it is very easy to crack, then second round was typing test, I think if typing speed is more than 25wpm you are in safe zone and third was panel interview which was conducted in may 2016.

based on resume, hobbies, about banking, about axis bank, recent news about banking sector,etc...the questions may vary from person to person. Inteview was about 15-20 min.
