first orientation is held and filter the candidates with criteria
then aptitude with general and logical reasoning then GD about basic topics and last face to face with hr and manager.
Light interview - not loaded, Communication skills were checked. the questions that were asked were HR questions, and also scenarios were given for the sales role and role knowledge was checked
