It’s a long interview process and guided smoothly by the Recruiter. I think there were 6 all together. I felt the experience was challenging, yet positive and learned a lot about the company. If you have a genuine interest in public safety, technology, and have a background that demonstrates impact, you will do just fine. I see a lot of people posting reviews that are disappointed in their experience and am confident they viewed the opportunity as just another job. Axon does an effective job of filtering out these types of candidates.

Two phone interviews one was positive the other was negative. It was clear there was no standard interview bank and the questions were pretty vague "How do you prioritize?", "How do you communicate for projects"

Referred by someone I worked with. 3 informal Phone interviews, including Hiring Manager, HR and Senior Manager. Followed by full day loop with five different people. Overall positive experience with an HR recruiter who was always available and followed up promptly.
