General questions about my background and a few hypothetical questions about customers. Was told to prepare for STAR format, but was not asked anything STAR related.

Interview
Lengthy process, 6 interviews including a panel and a presentation. Not too challenging and very relaxed setting, even with VP interview. Very conversational with lots of opportunities to ask questions.
