I had initially interviewed for this role back in September. I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter followed by and in-person interview with the team manager and manager of the Client Services team. The majority of the interview was led by the Client Services team manager which I found kind of odd.
The following day, I received an email from the recruiter stating that they decided to hire me for the Client Service Advocate role and that they changed the direction of the hiring plan. I respectfully turned down the offer as it wasn't what I applied for or what I wanted to do.
Despite their reasoning for turning me down, the role was not delisted from their website and was posted on LinkedIn. I applied again for the role in early December and was rejected immediately.
Twice now, I have not been given fair consideration for this position. Despite my qualifications fitting the requirements of this role and Axos hiring some of my former colleagues whom held the same job title as did and possess equal or less experience than I do,
Based on this hiring experience, I'm never applying to work at this company again!
