Coordinate daily activity to track and monitor delivery status and movement of goods to customers Ensure relative documentation is created and/or entered into computerized system for all incoming/outbound shipments Coordinate with shipping agency for various issues relating to importation Liaise with freight forwarders and negotiate rates when required Route special customer orders as needed
