I applied online. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I had a personality test, phone interview, in-person interview, and final round in-person interview. All was rather standard, but my issue is that after the entire process, I got a generic canned email response that I didn't get the role. The recruiter was quite engaged prior to that! I emailed back that I was hoping for more feedback and wanted to give my thoughts on the interview, but did not get any response. I was a recruiter back in the day, so I know the process and how challenging it is to manage candidates and set expectations, but a little compassion and follow up can go a long way. Was left disappointed, with no answers, and no reason to believe this is the "best place to work in San Diego."

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Pretty normal interview. They were interested in my work history and they assess you on you people skills and you answer. I presented myself as an easy going, pleasant person (which I am!).

I had a phone interview with the recruiter which was short and straight to the point. The recruiter was very friendly and open minded throughout the conversation. She was very informative and helpful as well.
