I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Azadea in Jul 2025
Interview
he process started with an initial phone screening, which was smooth and very professional. Then I had an interview with HR, and she was excellent – very clear, supportive, and made the experience positive.
The next stage was a technical interview. Unfortunately, this part didn’t feel structured. The interviewer joined around 10 minutes late without an introduction or greeting, and jumped directly into technical questions such as “Why do we forecast?” and “What specific techniques did you use to generate forecasts?” While the questions themselves were fair, the delivery felt rushed and abrupt.
Overall, the HR and screening parts of the process left a very good impression, but the technical round could have been more professional and engaging.
