Azalea Health interview questions

Interview process was very smooth. Two rounds with the hiring manager and HR. First round was going over resume, talking about my background and experience, etc. Second round was more of an opportunity for me to ask questions about the business. Offer came very soon after second interview.

I was contacted by an internal recruiter through LinkedIn who screened me and presented me for an interview with the hiring manager via online meeting. The call was scheduled for 45 minutes, but the manager was late to the call and had to drop off for another meeting. Barely 30 minutes and seemed distracted and uninterested. The recruiter, who had been communicative and enthusiastic (gave me her number for text updates) suddenly no longer responded or returned texts, and calls all go straight to voicemail. (Blocked number?) It was an entirely unprofessional experience. BTW, I'm from the industry and had directly matching experience and credentials. Just seems like they were kicking tires and not necessarily even filling the stated role.
