Terrible experience, made me do and send my research project and then stopped writing (and even answering!) my emails. 2 months after submitting my project I still didn't know anything about my application status, just to be quickly rejected with zero feedback about my project (that they got for free) and after a number of unanswered emails. Probably the worst recruitment experience I ever had.
