There were 3 rounds of interviews and I answered all of their questions. Suddenly after round 3, their requirement for JD was changed. It was so unprofessional that after round 3 you change your expectation as well as JD. Advice To Management: Set your requirement first and freeze your JD before you take interviews with senior people to avoid wasting time.
