The interview process looked a bit "homebaked": although everything was positive, nothing was professional. Very amicable approach, in the emails and during the interview, almost as if we were old friends. However, no feedback, no end-of-process email.

It was a quick and smooth process. There were 2 interviews with AD and manager both times. They established a friendly atmosphere, asked background and behavioural questions mainly.
