Shockingly poor. Received an unannounced call, a brief “this is so and so calling from Aztec, calling you about your application as received for the role. No query about whether this was a good time or not and straight into the person slagging off my then current company to supposedly demonstrate how much better Aztec was” The conversation didn’t last very long as they terminated this seeing the person didn’t appreciate me telling them that I couldn’t compare the companies as I hadn’t worked at both so couldn’t make an objective opinion. In my career this has to be one of the worst and most unprofessional interviews I’ve ever had the displeasure of attending.

Very enjoyable, conversational, easy flowing and informative. I met with the future team which is unusual but very interesting and most welcoming. Aztec being forward thinkers I found the process quite refreshing at times.
