After submitting your application to the Dining Services office, you may or may not have heard anything back from the company (Very frustrating). IF you received a call, you would be prompted to sign up for a group interview. The group interview weeds out what the directors believe to be a good fit for certain departments (Keep in mind they do not actually work with these people or in the department). Depending on their mood, they may like you or they may not. If you are not selected to advance, you will get an email. If you are, then you will hear back in a few days to schedule an interview with your actual manager.
