The first interview was with a recruiter. After that interview, I completed a questionnaire for the employer. It asked interview-type questions, such as why you are leaving your current employer and what unique qualities you bring to the job. That was followed by and interview with the Controller and a Manager of Supplier Support. The VP was out of town, so I came in for another interview to meet with him and the others again. I also met the owner. So, after the recruiter interview, there were three interviews with the team. Before the third interview, I completed an online personality assessment. They are serious about finding a good fit with their team -- as they should be. I felt like they would be a great team to be a part of and I appreciated the opportunity to get to know them as much as they were intent on getting to know me.
