Some days back, I received a call from the HR department of B-Trac Solutions Limited and got an online technical interview invitation after discussing my current role and expertise in front end Development. I attended the interview and got call from HR afterwards. I was invited again physically in the office for another interview at 5 PM on 15 September, 2022 and I was told it would be a non technical managerial interview. I went to the office and waited for more than an hour. Then I attended the interview with the board and the first thing I heard is, "Actually we were searching for a Backend Developer, but don't know somehow your CV came here". What kind of unprofessionalism is it? I've already had a technician interview and came here after passing that right ? Afterwords the board started asking me the questions from backend development topics. I answered some and refused some to answer. After interview, I didn't get any update from the HR. In HR professionalism, you should know what questions you can ask to a employer and what not. You also should know that you should update the candidate if he got selected or not. Rejection mail is very welcome, but no mails at all is not. It was such a bad experience and one of the worst interviews of my life. I would suggest the HR and interview board to be more professional and sit in the interview with updated knowledge rather than some bookish knowledge form 19's.
