B&Q Retail Assistant interview questions

The person was very friendly and realized I was very jittery so she started talking about how her nephew goes to a school nearby and I'm the same age to just start some small talk

In person, friendly and well structured - after applying I heard back via a phone call a week later. The interview itself lasted no longer than 30 minutes and all questions were asked with a smile on the interviews place, it felt more like a chat then an interview
