It was a one-stage interview initially was with 3 people, head of the company, direct superior, and COO, scheduled for approximately 30 minutes.
The interview questions came mostly from the head of the company, who was primarily interested in personality, temperament and company fit.
At the conclusion of the interview process, I was asked to return in two weeks in person for a week-long skill test where I would be paid hourly as a "trial run". I was told that I would be contacted ahead of time for the logistics. When I attempted to get clarification when the date got near, they responded stating the position was already filled and I would need to wait for the next time they are hiring.
