Applied online. Had an initial phone screening with the central office, followed by a longer conversation with two supervisors over Zoom, and a final interview in person with the head of school. The whole process took about 3 weeks.

Before the first in-person interview, I was asked to create custom outreach emails to prospective parents. I met with three different people in person, then was asked to come back for one more in-person interview which included a skills exercise. I was not offered a position. Several weeks later, I received an email from one of the people I interviewed with offering to take me out to lunch. I got the impression the individual they did hire did not work out. I accepted the lunch invitation and then went on one more in-person interview. Again, I was not offered the position. It felt like a giant waste of my time.
