The interview process is basic. You will meet with the hiring manager. They will ask you a series of questions pertaining to you experience with home care and seniors. Then, you will be given a skills assessment test. You will need proof of any certifications or License.

Very nice and welcoming, straight to the point. Questions weren’t hard or intimidating. Got to meet some staff toured the facility. Had a chance to see some of the residents. Got to speak to some of the health aids there, love this field of work!
