I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Pennsauken, NJ) in Jan 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who set up an initial phone conversation with the hiring Manager. I was then invited in to the Corporate office in Pennsauken NJ where I was interviewed by the entire PMO team (7 people) who ranged from new college grads up to Director level. It was a 4 hr interview as I went from one person (or group of2) to the next. Everyone was very friendly and conversation was easy. The youngest members asked typical behavioral questions, whereas the higher levels did not ask those questions. They wanted me to walk thru how I typically manage a project from beginning to end, etc. and to generally talk about the kinds of projects I managed. It was very friendly and the time flew as we mutually shared project experiences. Everyone I met emphasized "The Bayada Way."

In general terms, without going into all the project details, walk me through your role and how you typically manage Projects
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BAYADA Home Health Care (Pennsauken, NJ) in Dec 2018
Interview
First phone screen arranged by third party recruiter. I had a very pleasant discussion with a mid-level project manager. Very conversational. No questions about my experience or background. No reference to my resume other than to acknowledge that I had significant, broad experience and detailed industry knowledge. Received feedback within the hour that they wanted to move ahead with a second phone screen with the PMO head.
Second phone call went well. Also very conversational and started with the question - "What questions do you have for me?". It became apparent during the interview that the hiring manager had significantly less experience than I. Although I stressed that my interest was in teamwork and excellence, it readily became apparent that this manager saw me more as a threat than an asset, which is a shame. I have a long history of delivering the goods for my bosses and letting them get the glory. I'm more about the work.
When I later looked up the name of the hiring manager on LinkedIn, I knew where this was headed. His experience was light and frankly, odd. Overall, I was not impressed with the Bayada Way.
