quick and friendly, they always accept interns. you meet with the director personally and he/she gives you a tour of the office, offers some background on the company. but they really want to know more about you and what your goals are. most likely to see how articulate you are cause the any position in a service office requires a lot of speaking

1 phone interview and a follow-up zoom interview afterward. The process was pretty simple and consist of commonly asked questions in most interviews. HR contact you the first time for the phone interview and schedule you with an interview with the hiring manager.
