BAYCOM interview questions

Phone Screen, Virtual Interview, In Person interview/tour. A few online assessments as well. Phone screen with HR. Interview and in person interview with direct report and other people as needed. I wish they would have waited for the assessment until after they made a decision. Seems like some wasted time and money having them get done before interviews. Overall I thought it went really well was surprised to not get an offer.
