I applied to job on linkedin, and then reached out to by a recruiter via email. They set up a first round interview via zoom with the recruiter within the next couple days.

She asked very straight forward, conversational questions that made it easy for the conversation to flow about my experience and what I would like in my next role. Also talked about the culture at the SF office.
Friendly, getting to know you and your background, very chill and engaging, they want to see your strengths and hear about your interest in the company, not something to be nervous about, BBDO is very chill and wants to hear about who you are, your interests and passions and previous work experience
